FIELD: radio engineering. SUBSTANCE: invention refers to radio engineering measurements and can be used for precision measurement of two parameters of piezoelement ( natural frequency and durability ) in process of manufacture of radio components, their polishing, spraying on to piezoelectric substrate and other operations. Technical result of invention is expansion o functional capabilities, frequency range and accuracy of measurement of second parameter, for instance, durability. Gear measuring parameters of piezoelements in process of their manufacture has generator of rectangular pulses which output is linked to external excitation electrodes for connection of tested piezoelement, mixer, superheterodyne receiver, key, integrator and analog-to-digital converter connected in series, indicator with decoder, counting flip-flop, first and second buffer registers. It also includes modulating generator, frequency divider, arithmetic multiplier-divider which information inputs are connected correspondingly to outputs of first and second buffer registers, which controlling input is connected to unit output of counting flip-flop and which information output is linked through decoder to input of indicator. First output of modulating generator is connected through frequency divider to input of generator of rectangular pulses and its second output is linked to second input of mixer. Second input of superheterodyne receiver is connected to third output of modulating generator. EFFECT: expanded functional capabilities of proposed gear. 1 cl, 2 dwg
