FIELD: agricultural engineering, in particular, inter-row tillage equipment. SUBSTANCE: power cultivator has frame 1 carrying power unit 2, carrier and drive wheels 3, control handles 4 and plow beam 5. Control handles 4 are offset from center of apparatus by value equal to half the row spacing. Right-hand and left-hand working tools 6,7 are mounted on plow beam 5 and provided with plow-bottom surface adapted for hilling of one row of crop, such as potato. EFFECT: increased stability in advancement course by expedient arrangement of control handles and usage of working tools, reduced fatigue of operator and improved quality of plant hilling-up. 2 dwg
