SUBSTANCE: donor's cornea preservative contains biologically active material such as mixture of glycosaminoglycanes separated from cattle cornea and further contains rheopolyglucin and gentamicine used in the following ratio, wt.-%: mixture of glycosaminoglycanes, 2.5-3.0; gentamicine, 0.2-0.3; rheopolyglucin, 96.7. Donor's cornea preservative allows morphological keeping time of transplanted material to reach 20 days. EFFECT: increased keeping properties.
