FIELD: lifting subsurface liquids. SUBSTANCE: housing of jet pump is provided with several mounting seats for fitting blanks or nozzles with mixing chambers and diffusers; shut-off member is made in form of hollow cylindrical body with circular sealing collars on side of outer surface of this body; Cylindrical body of shut-off member is provided with upper and lower thrust member with thrust washers and flexible gaskets laid in turn between them. End surfaces of washers have projections whose height is equal to 0.1 to 0.3 of height of flexible gasket. According to second version, housing is provided with check valve which is spring-loaded relative to housing. According to third version, shut-off member is provided with subsurface pressure gauge, sampler and flowmeter mounted on side of jet pump inlet. EFFECT: enhanced reliability and capacity.
