FIELD: construction and operation of water-intake wells. SUBSTANCE: filter has supporting framework with filtering covering. Framework is made in the form of spiral and is located on external side of filtering covering. Framework is connected underneath with flexible hose. Its upper end is open for coupling to source of pressure. Secured on external side of framework are L-shaped clamps. Horizontal flanges of clamps are rigidly fastened on perforated pipe. Resting against vertical members of clamps by their external surface are flat flexible rings. Located on external side of flat flexible rings which are in contact with filter surface is kind of bristle consisting of flexible pins. Made between flexible pins are holes with head-pieces directed towards filtering covering. Application of aforesaid embodiment of water well filter ensures restoration of filter operating capacity.
