FIELD: testing equipment, experimental- computed determination of parameters of friction fatigue of surfaces of solid bodies theoretically contacting over line, for instance, friction pairs of tooth-to-tooth type in gears or tire to roadbed. SUBSTANCE: gear has base 1, motor, carrier-rotor with reference wearing-out cylindrical samples-indenters 4, satellite gears made fast to samples-indenters, central gear with rotation drive, tested samples-prisms 8, loading unit 9 and devices measuring friction forces, rotational speed and number of revolutions of carrier-rotor and central gear, converter 10 of motion of motor, two- position rotary platform 11 with mechanism 12 of its turn that carries carriages 13 for tested samples-prisms, spring beam 14 with strain-gauge transducers 15, multiposition probe 16 measuring wear with needle displacement transducers 17 mounted over entire worn-out area, computer 18 and probing analyzer 19. Probing analyzer includes analog commutator, amplifier-converter, analog-to-digital converter, clock generator, control unit, bidirectional bus amplifier and address decoder. EFFECT: enhanced productivity, accuracy and authenticity of tests and evaluation of parameters thanks to direct input of values of linear wear over entire surface of one sample into computer without its dismantling with simultaneous friction action on another worn sample. 3 dwg
