When roughing block is removed and remaining cutting blocks are reground, gaging block is positioned on rod behind roughing and cutting blocks. Width of teeth back is increasing from roughing unit to gaging block. Outer surface of nuts is beveled, with bevel angle corresponding to inclination angle of adapter cone of broach. Outer tooth of blocks has continuous cutting edge and two first teeth of gaging block are provided with recesses and have increased outer diameter as compared to previous finishing tooth. EFFECT: increased service life by providing multiple repositioning of blocks, compact construction by combining broach separate parts, simplified assembly process by optimized parameters of construction. 3 cl, 2 dwg
