FIELD: rubber industry; tyres. SUBSTANCE: tyre shaper-vulcanizer has table, sectional heating chambers and moulds arranged in heating chambers and consisting of upper and lower parts, sliding sectors and movable upper bead ring. Device has movable crossmember, upper bead ring displacement and diaphragm pushout drives installed on crossmember, mould upper part and sector displacement drives installed on upper housings of heating chambers, and cured tyre extractor. Drives of upper bead ring displacement mechanism, diaphragm pushout mechanism and cured tyre extractor are made in form of power cylinders movable relative to crossmember on sleeves of which upper bead rings and cured tyre extractor are secured. Rods of indicated cylinders adapter for pushing out diaphragms are drives of cured tyre extractors. Sleeves are mechanically coupled for synchronous displacement. EFFECT: enhanced reliability in operation, simplified design, reduced metal usage. 6 cl, 10 dwg
