FIELD: rotation drives. SUBSTANCE: device has disk (flywheel), which is mounted on shaft and carries at least one permanent magnets of rotor which are mounted for free rotation about shaft together with disk (flywheel). Cylindrical permanent magnet of dowel is mounted on rod in parallel to working disk (flywheel) for movement towards effective region of magnetic fields of permanent magnets of rotor which are mounted on working disk. All magnets are directed to one another by poles of same sign. Since poles of same sign repel one another, engine's disk rotates about its shaft. Engine operates by power of heave magnetic fields of permanent magnets due to difference in potential of magnetic power on poles of magnets of rotor in neutral regions.
