Such construction allows hair to be prevented from pressing to user's head surface by hair drying hot air flowing from fan and normally affecting fluffy coiffure. Besides, user does not have to lower her head for obtaining spatial fluffy coiffure and does not use both hands in the process of hair drying and laying.
