Flow accelerator formed as corrugated roller is positioned at nozzle end. Aerodynamic chamber adjoins flow accelerator. Filament volume regulator is mounted on one wall of aerodynamic chamber at its one end and condenser is disposed at other end of aerodynamic chamber.
