Rod is made in form of pipe provided with ports and connected with holders through hinge joints connected to its ends for changing position of pipe. Means for delivering air streams in axial direction into inner space of pipe are provided. Device has shutter placed in pipe. Friction closing shutter engages with inner side surface of pipe and is provided with ports. Device is furnished with shutter position adjuster at least over path corresponding to diameter of one port made in pipe. EFFECT: reduced consumption of air in operation of turning unit. 8 cl, 16 dwg
