FIELD: water-supply engineering. SUBSTANCE: this invention can be used for creation of water-supply systems in inhabited areas with high extension of water conduits and water-supply networks. Water-supply system for populated area has pumping station of secondary lift, water conduits, water-supply network and regulated pressure vessel. Additionally provided in water-supply system are following components: booster pump, network pump and washing pump, carbonator, pressure flotation unit, ozonizer, chlorinator, two ejectors with one of them connected to booster pump, carbonator and ozonizer, and with other of them connected to booster pump, pressure flotation unit and chlorinator. Also provided is filter with its inlet connected to outlet of pressure flotation unit and to suction pipe union of washing pump. Outlet of filter is connected to suction pipe union of network pump. Water-supply system also has pressure sensors, shut-off valves with electromagnetic actuators and sensors of position of shut-off valves with electromagnetic actuators, non-return valve, gate valve. Connected to control unit are pressure sensors, shut-off valves with electromagnetic actuators and sensors of position of shut-off valves with electromagnetic actuators. Aforesaid arrangement of water-supply system ensures provision of quality drinking water and economical water treatment. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 1 dwg
