FIELD: oil production industry. SUBSTANCE: method and device are intended for stimulating inflow of well product and for effective completion of well. According to method, lowered into well is hermetic container filled with chemically active matter that is sodium. Container is positioned in interval of treatment. Tightness of container is then disturbed. Sodium comes into thermochemical reaction with water which is present in well liquid. Thus produced heated reagent - alkali due to energy produced by reaction is pressure-forced into productive reservoir. Mass of sodium is taken basing on following: 1-3 kg of sodium per meter of treating interval. Productive reservoir can be made up of carbonate and/or terrigenous sedimentations. Device for realization of aforesaid method is as follows. Device can include pump or packer. In this case, well after being subjected to technological pause can be completed and transferred to operating mode without lifting device to day surface. Permissible is selective treatment of interval sections which are different in capacity. For this purpose device is provided with additional container. Application of aforesaid invention reduces corrosive action on equipment found inside well, and allows immediately after treatment to start completion of well by any method without lifting equipment from well with further transferring well to working mode of operation.
