FIELD: cardiology and cardiac surgery; may be used in treatment of acute cardiovascular insufficiency. SUBSTANCE: pump body is made of flexible material allowing variation of geometry of pump flow passage under pulsing conditions to provide for minimal blood injury, minimum energy losses and increased pump head. Pump includes impeller consisting of driving disk where magnet is installed for rotation of impeller, vanes or intermediate disk, covering disk (bandage). Impeller is installed on shaft and supported in bearings. Flexible body with inlet and outlet pipe unions is secured in base. Body thickness is not in excess of 0.3 mm. EFFECT: reduced injury to blood and higher pump head. 1 dwg
