FIELD: toy construction sets, puzzles etc. SUBSTANCE: construction set has links made in the form of cubes and connecting members. Faces of each cube are provided with pair of guiding through slots running in parallel with cube ribs and intersecting in center of related face. Each connecting member adapted for insertion into guiding slots to connect one link to another link is made in the form of two slides interconnected with their centers. Construction set has controlling member and each cube has stop mechanism. Stop mechanism has retainer and four stops positioned on each face of cube. Central through recesses made in slots at slot intersection areas are adapted for flush mounting of retainers in cube cavity. Side through recesses for receiving stops are positioned between central through recesses and ribs. Stops are arranged in groups and each retainer is kinematically connected with one group of stops for flush mounting of these stops. Central through recess are equally spaced from retainers on each face. Controlling member is adapted for flush mounting of retainer.
