FIELD: tobacco industry. SUBSTANCE: leaves are treated with eicosapentaenic acid, aged for at least 3 hr, dried, and treated with heated nitrogen containing vapors of monobasic saturated organic acid. EFFECT: increased reliability and safety of storage.
