FIELD: agriculture, in particular, irrigation of lands with underground waters. SUBSTANCE: irrigation system has first water lifting pumps providing pumping of water through pipeline into ozonizer vessels, from which ozonized water is directed into water reservoir by means of second water lifting pumps, with further conveyance of water from water reservoir to magnetizers by means of third water lifting pumps. Each magnetizer has magnetic tube with spraying screen. Magnetizers are attached to each branch pipe of pipeline. Fertile soil layer of irrigated lands is laid onto water-tight ground underlayer. Power is supplied to pumps and other electric mechanisms from local solar and wind stations. EFFECT: improved quality of water and reduced water consumption, reduced cost of electric power facilities of irrigation system. 1 dwg
