FIELD: agriculture, in particular, poultry farming. SUBSTANCE: method involves performing acupuncture to replacement pullet of 85-95 days age at waxing moon stage (first and second moon phases); performing acupuncture to cocks at second and fourth moon phases. Acupuncture is conducted by perforating nasal septum by means of bird's oar feather, with feather being left till it is released by itself. Results of comparison with control group of animals showed that lysocymic activity of blood serum has increased by 7.2-6.0%, bactericidal activity by 4.6-1.6%, phagocytic activity by 7.0-3.4%, egg weight has increased by 2.8-2.3 g, first grade egg yield has increased by 15-10%, egg yield has increased by 7.5-13.7 pieces.
