SUBSTANCE: method includes removal of affected part of organ, formation of end-to-side anastomosis. In this case, both walls of intestine are dissected from the apex of countermesenterial edge by 2/3-3/4 of the perimeter. Intestine is stretched longitudinally. End part of anastomosis is formed in compliance with perimeter of transversely dissected and stretched intestine. Mesenterial edge of end part of anastomosis is connected with apex of countermesenterial edge of side part of anastomosis. EFFECT: higher efficiency due to provision of rhythmic-portion evacuation of food chyme. 16 dwg
