FIELD: heating liquids and mixing liquids in various processes. SUBSTANCE: plant for heating liquids includes heat generators, tank, electric pump and pipe lines connecting them. Inlet branch pipes of heat generators are connected with header mounted on tank and with delivery branch pipe of electric pump through pipe line; outlet branch pipes of heat generators are connected with tank. Heat generators include twisting chamber connected by housing with screen made in form of chamber; solid partition having slots over periphery is mounted between inlet and outlet branch pipes perpendicularly to flow of liquid. Housing is made in form of torus whose half-turns are located over helical line. Ratio of length of torus over axial line to its inner diameter is equal to or more than 8. Diameter of solid portion of partition is more than inner diameter of branch pipe; ends of branch pipes are mounted at distance equal to 25 to 35 percent of their inner diameter. EFFECT: increased heat release; enhanced efficiency of mixing liquids; reduced usage of metals; low cost of liquid heating plant. 4 cl, 4 dwg
