Composition conforms to formulation , where R is at least one element from group of dysprosium (Dy), holmium (Ho), erbium (Er), thulium (Tm), and x1+x2-0,1-0,99,x1/x2≥0,10,Y1-0,2-0,5. In addition magnetic material contains at least one element from group of aluminum (Al), gallium (Ga), titan (Ti), niobium (Nb), molybdenum (Mo). Chemical composition conforms to formulation , where T is at least one element from group of aluminum (Al), gallium (Ga), titan (Ti), niobium (Nb), molybdenum (Mo), Y2 is in range of 0.01-10 % of atomic weight.
