FIELD: devices which may be used in individual and collective farms and fruit processing enterprises. SUBSTANCE: apparatus has charging hopper and fruit supporting mechanism which are made as integral box-shaped unit. Receptacles with stone removing openings are made in box-shaped unit bottom. Substrate composed of metal and rubber plates is positioned below bottom. Metal and rubber plates have openings, with number of openings corresponding to the number of receptacles in bottom. Openings in metal plate have diameter equal to that of openings in hopper. Rubber plate has openings with strikers disposed so as to define juice discharge slits. Stone knock out unit has two plates pivotally connected on single pin to carcass for rotation about this pin and mounted above charging hopper. Strikers are attached to upper plate of stone knock out unit. Lower plate of stone knock out unit has openings for passage of strikers. Plates are connected with their ends opposed to pivotal end by means of spring. All parts and units of apparatus are driven in synchronism by single drive. EFFECT: simplified construction and increased efficiency. 3 dwg
