FIELD: turbine manufacture. SUBSTANCE: rotor forging produced from iron base Cr-Mo-V alloy is subjected to normalizing treatment at 1000-1150 C. When cooling down from normalizing treatment point, temperature of 650-750 C is maintained to transform rotor forging microstructure. Parts corresponding to high- or intermediate-pressure part are hardened at 940-1020 C. Section corresponding to low-pressure part is hardened at 850-940 C upon heat treatment at 920-950 C once or more times. Rotor forging is tempered at 550-700 C once or more times. EFFECT: improved creep limit of high- and intermediate-pressure parts and improved viscosity of low- pressure part. 3 cl, 1 dwg, 3 tbl
