FIELD: instrumentation, measurement technology. SUBSTANCE: thermal anemometer is related to devices measuring speed of flows of gas or liquid. It includes resistors 1, 2, 3, 4, one of them being sensitive element and amplifiers 5, 6. Servo system maintains constancy of resistance and, consequently, of temperature of sensitive element and keeps stability in wide range of disturbing actions. Sensitive element can have both positive and negative temperature coefficient of resistance. EFFECT: enlarged range of measured speeds of flows thanks to increased stability of servo system of thermal anemometer in wider band of transmitted frequencies and enhanced noise immunity of it. 1 dwg
