FIELD: electrical engineering. SUBSTANCE: method involves use of 0.38-, 10-, 35-, and 100-kV lines for organizing communication channels dispensing with line traps. Use is made of PCM-FM system incorporating provision for integration at characteristic points which are moments when supply voltage crosses zero. Device implementing this method has two passive/active transmitters, diode rectifier bridge, resistor, capacitor, three transformers, narrow-band filter, multiplier, low-frequency filter, integrator, two inverters, two synchronizers, two oscillators, two voltage symmetrical component filters, rejection filter, and phase shifter. EFFECT: improved signal transmission speed and four- times shorter frequency band occupied by communication channel. 1 cl, 1 dwg
