FIELD: oil and gas production industry. SUBSTANCE: rod of bottom-hole pulser is made up of half-rods 1, 2 with external piston 16 and internal partition 18. Plug 22 with tail-piece 23 is installed in partition 18. Additional radial passages 17 in rod are located under piston. Radial passages 21 in body are located under piston. For creation of compressing load to be brought to bear on packer, adapter 3 and half-rods 1, 2 are moved downwards for compression of spring 10. Radial passages 15 are disconnected from radial passages 19, 20. Radial passages 13 are connected with radial passages 14. In this position, space under packer communicates with annular space. Pressure in space of pipes above partition 18 is levelled with pressure above bottom-hole pulser, and thus depression is created upon bed. At displacement of adapter 3 and half-rods 1, 2, radial passages 13 disconnect from radial passages 14, radial passages 15 communicate with passages 19, 20. Pressure in space under packer is levelled with pressure of liquid column in well, and bed is thus subjected to repression. Depression and repression cycles are repeated several times. This subjects bottom-hole of bed to pulsing pressure for cleaning and increasing output from wells. Introduction of plug with tail-piece makes easier cleaning of sludge and through-washing of internal space of device. Application of aforesaid embodiment of bottom-hole pressure pulser ensures its high operational reliability, increases productive capacity, improves servicing conditions.
