Heat collector 5 is installed under roof 1 and has heat insulation 6 under it mounted on supports or bearing framework 7 in the form of slab, girders, screen, fixtures, etc., with or without water-tight shield. Ceiling in the form of tank (bath) 8 installed under heat insulation 6 is open or closed on heat insulation side and holds liquid heat-carrying agent 9 for collector 5 communicating with bath 8 through channels 10, 11; liquid 9 circulates between collector 5 and bath 8 either by gravity (due to difference in levels or by convection) or by means of pumps.
