SUBSTANCE: invention relates to an immunocorrecting agent and a method of immunocorrection in treatment of patients with different diseases accompanying disorders of immune system functions. Immunocorrecting agent is a proteoselenium complex including a low-molecular organic component obtained from the protein-containing raw by extraction with alcohol or ether, or dimexide followed by extract drying and its dissolving in 60-90% alcohol and selenium ionized an organic salt as measured 3-6 mcg/ml of solution. The mixture is kept in the electromagnetic sinusoidal high-frequency field at frequency 20-30 MHz. Method of immunocorrection involves the administration of the proteoselenium complex at the daily dose 6-150 mg. Invention shows effectiveness in different pathological processes, provides energetic stimulation of cells, realizes the normalization of the function of the microcirculating alveus that results to the recovery of human body tissues natural structure and an adequate metabolic energetic processes.
