FIELD: reworking of liquid highly-active wastes. SUBSTANCE: method consists in mixing concentrate of plutonium or plutonium and rare-earth elements with solution of ceramic-forming matrix material-aluminium nitrate and solution of metal-forming matrix material-nickel nitrate; aluminium nitrate is taken in equimolar amount in terms of aluminium oxide relative to oxides of transplutonium or transplutonium and rare-earth elements.
