FIELD: cosmetics. SUBSTANCE: series of inventions can be used in production of cream for fading skin based on inexpensive components and rather simple technology. Fat basis of cream is high-oleic vegetable oil and structure of cream and emulsion stability are is maintained by ammonium salt of rarely cross-linked acrylic acid copolymer and polyallyl ethers of pentaerythritol, polyethylene glycol, paraform (emulsifier), glycerol, p-hydroxybenzoic acid methyl and propyl esters (preservatives). Cream contains biologically-active additive: suspension of animal-origin phospholipid and lipid liposomes including phytospecies (mixture of dried drug plants: camomile, calendula, tutsan) and mummified species extracts; and also aromatizer, colorant and water in specified proportions. First, emulsion of gel-forming component (polymer component) is prepared with paraform emulsifier and p- hydroxybenzoic acid methyl ester preservative at 20-25 C. Emulsion is filtered and diluted with water, after which glycerol, polyethylene glycol emulsifier, vegetable oil, and p-hydroxybenzoic acid propyl ester preservative are added. Resultant mixture is heated to 60-70 C, emulsified for 30-40 min, cooled to 35-40 C, suspension of liposomes, aromatizer, and colorant are added, and mixture is emulsified for further 30-40 min.
