Abstract RU 2139066 C1

FIELD: medicine, obstetrics and gynecology. SUBSTANCE: method involves determination of indices of systemic immunity of I and II levels in each woman by the conventional procedures being before, during and after treatment. T-activin is prescribed if T-lymphocyte level is decreased by 2-fold or more at the dose 1.0 ml, once per a day for 10 days at break for 1-1.5 month by subcutaneous route. Then the course of treatment is repeated 3-4 times up to normalization of indices. T-activin is prescribed if T-lymphocyte level is decreased less by 2-fold at the dose 1.0 ml each other day, 10 times, break is 1-1.5 month and the course is repeated once. Vilosen is prescribed at the usual regime, 2 times per a day, two courses at break for 1-2 months if T-lymphocyte level is decreased by 2-fold and more and in the presence of accompanying and often exacerbating chronic diseases of upper respiratory ways in women. Thymogen is used at the usual regime, 2 times per a day, 2-3 courses at break for 1 month up to normalization of systemic immunity indices if T-lymphocyte amount is decreased by less 2-fold and in the presence of chronic diseases of upper respiratory ways. Vilosen is prescribed by courses at the usual regime at break for 1 month at the resistant T-immunodeficiency. Sodium nucleinate is prescribed at the dose 0.2 g, 3 times for 3 days at break for 3 days and course is repeated up to normalization of indices if lymphocyte level is decreased below norma. Enterosorbents are prescribed at the usual dosage for 5-7 days at atopic response associated with food intake. Plasmaphoresis is carried out at the usual regime 1-2 times per a week, 6-8 seances if amount of circulating immune complexes is increased by above 2-fold and under control of the amount of circulating immune complexes. Blood UV-irradiation is carried at the usual regime, 1-2 times per a week for 5-7 seances if phagocytic activity is decreased. Also, during treatment period nettle dioecious decoction intake is prescribed at the usual regime for the month. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of treatment, decreased complications and perinatal loss in gestation and delivery. 10 cl, 2 tbl, 3 ex
