APPARATUS FOR CUTTING FILAMENT BODIES OF LIGHT SOURCES Russian patent published in 1999 - IPC

FIELD: production of electric incandescent lamps, namely filament bodies and lead-in parts for light sources, possibly in electrical engineering. SUBSTANCE: apparatus for cutting filament bodies of light sources includes feeding mechanism, cutting mechanism with guiding nozzle and cutter mounted with possibility of engaging with reversing electromagnetic drive whose reversing-stroke windings are connected by means of first and second thyristors to respective two outlets of power source. Third outlet of power source is connected through connected in series third thyristor and first differentiating unit directly to cathode of second thyristor and through capacitor - to cathode of first thyristor whose gate electrode is connected with unit for forming cutting signal. Apparatus also includes connected in series pickup for detecting cutter motion and second differentiating unit whose outlet is connected with gate electrode of second thyristor and through NO-gate - with gate electrode of third thyristor. EFFECT: increased speed of cutting, simplified adjustment of apparatus. 2 dwg
