FIELD: agriculture, in particular, production of cattle feed on the base of agricultural wastes, such as organic poultry farming wastes. SUBSTANCE: mixed feed for cattle contains, % by weight (per dry substance): barley 17.9-18.5; wheat siftings 13.8-14.2; feeding wheat 19.8-20.5; oat 11.9-12.2; rapeseed 11.7-12.5, sunflower cake 0-10.1; mineral additive 1; edible salt 1; premix 1; dry pelleted concentrate 9.8-21.2. Dry pelleted concentrate is produced by preliminary separation of liquid from basic material by settling till moisture content of 80-85%; separation of liquid by pressing till moisture content in mass is 30-39%; pelleting with following drying in boiling layer, with heat-carrier of 300-350 C temperature being supplied, till moisture content of 0.84-0.89%. EFFECT: increased energy value by partial or full substitution of pulp, cake and/or oil cakes, simplified mixed feed production method, prolonged storage life without loss of consumer properties. 1 tbl
