FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves taking central lymph samples from rabbits from breast passage cistern under local anesthesia. Two series of smears are produced from the lymph obtained. The first series of smears is treated with paraform dump to detect cells containing neuromediators in which the number of luminescent cells is counted using fluorescence microscope. The other series of smears is dyed to detect lymph cells using optical microscope and to count the total number of lymph cells. Then relative share of luminescent cells is calculated that is considered to show neuromediator activity degree of central lymph structures under study. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of study; accelerated method.
