FIELD: potable and process water treatment system. SUBSTANCE: mixer-settler has reservoir with inclined bottom and sediment accumulating pit, basic water supply branch pipes, air distributing system disposed in lower part of reservoir, sediment washing out and discharge system with discharge branch pipe. Settler has auxiliary air distributing system composed of perforated pipes and positioned in the vicinity of sediment accumulating pit, and semi-immersed partition wall disposed downstream of auxiliary air-distributing system and upstream of main air-distributing system. Mixing chamber and coagulation chamber are not separated by walls. EFFECT: simplified construction, reduced production cost and improved quality of flakes. 1 dwg
