SINGLE-BUCKET FRONT-END LOADER Russian patent published in 1999 - IPC

FIELD: load-handling machinery and equipment. SUBSTANCE: loader can be used in mining and construction industry for moving and loading earth and other loose materials. Single-bucket front-end loader has self-propelled chassis with loading attachment. Permanently installed on rear part of chassis is ripper which also functions as counterweight. Ripper is made up of lever with removable teeth and hydraulic lifting cylinder. Lever and hydraulic cylinder are pivotally connected with chassis. Ripper lever can be shifted forward. Lever can be locked with chassis by means of sturdy cross-member which is also used for setting of removable teeth. Hydraulic lifting cylinder is pivotally connected with sturdy cross-member. Counterweight which also functions as ballast is made with mass which ensures stability in travel and steering of machine with load in bucket. Sturdy cross-member is of mass which after shifting cross-member forward ensures stability and steerability in travel when loader bucket is empty. Aforesaid embodiment of loader widens its technological potentialities, increases productivity and load-lifting capacity together with reliability of loader. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 1 cl, 5 dwg
