FIELD: poultry farming, in particular, broiler chicken feeding method. SUBSTANCE: method involves feeding broiler chickens with mixed feed combined with ferment preparation for two weeks during growing period; evaluating positive aftereffect of ferment preparation on liveweight gain of chickens of from six week to nine week age. Short-term feeding of poultry with ferment preparation as compared to feeding during the whole growing period reduces cost price of product. EFFECT: increased efficiency, reduced cost and improved quality of product. 3 tbl
