FIELD: manufacture of building products, for example, of cement-sand mixes for manufacture of configured products with defectless surface. SUBSTANCE: mould manufactured of polymeric materials, for instance, of polyethylene is filled with solidifying mortar, for instance, with cement-sand mix, fixed in vessel by means of holders. Then, the vessel is filled with inert medium, for instance, with water and vibrated. Under the action of the forces of vibration of the solidifying mortar and inert media directed towards each other, air present on the boundary of the mould-solidifying mortar gets ejected from the mould. At the end of vibration the mould is removed from the vessel, and the fabricated product is ejected. EFFECT: smooth surface of the product, without any cavities and other similar defects. 4 cl, 5 dwg
