FIELD: devices used for delivery of fuel to power plant at any position of aircraft. SUBSTANCE: aircraft fuel system includes several fuel compartments, fuel transfer units and two-chamber accumulator. Service compartment is also in center-wing section and is communicated with at least two adjacent fuel compartments through overflow check valves. Service compartment is equipped with two pumps for delivery of fuel to fuel supply main of cruise engine. These pumps are mounted at different heights relative to service compartment for delivery of fuel by at least one of them in flight at zero or negative load factor with service compartment not filled with fuel. One chamber of two-chamber accumulator is brought is communication with fuel supply main and other chamber is brought in communication with compressed gas source. EFFECT: enhanced reliability of fuel delivery for cruise engine at any position of aircraft within period of time required for maneuvering. 21 cl, 1 dwg
