FIELD: oil and gas production. SUBSTANCE: oil-bitumen product is drawn out of productive wells of high-viscosity oil deposits by different physico- chemical methods: steam-to gas method , thermal-steam treatment, in-situ combustion, reagent pumping. Oil formation is treated by flooding wells and pumping therein above oil-bitumen product or its solution with chemical reagents or polymers, or hydrocarbon solvents. Oil-bitumen product and reagents can be pumped either simultaneously or successively. If reagents are used in the form of finely ground materials, their solution with oil-bitumen product is subjected to mechanochemical activation. EFFECT: increased oil recovery of formation capable of varying filtration characteristics. 4 cl, 2 tbl
