FIELD: preparation of ecologically safe detergents with bleaching effect. SUBSTANCE: particles comprise peroxide acids or hydrogen-evolving compounds, and from 0.01 to about 15 wt % of amino acid selected from β-alanin-N,N-diacetic acid, isoserine of N,N- diacetic acid or amino acid of formula: (HOOC-CH₂)₂N-C_n(R)_mHCOOH wherein R is CH₂OH or CH₃, n is 1 and m is 2, or salts thereof.
