FIELD: mechanical engineering. SUBSTANCE: proposed device has power member with drive rod separating two chambers. Displacement of power member takes place under action of higher pressure built in chamber where drive rod is located as compared with pressure in other chamber. Device is controlled by spring-loaded locking member of valve mechanism which has movable and fixed seats, and electric magnet to which movable seat of valve mechanism is connected. Electromagnet armature and both seats of valve mechanism are located at different sides from locking member. Space located between seats of valve mechanism is connected with chamber in which drive rod is installed. EFFECT: quick action, simple and reliable design. 2 dwg
