Method relates to baking bead with original curative and prophylactic additives of hydrocolloidal nature which is recommended for use in regions of higher ecological risk and deficiency of iodine for enhancing adaptive abilities and stability of human organism. According to method, additionally introduced into dough is laminaria with pectin in the form of hydrocolloid in determined proportion. Aforesaid method imparts bread with higher curative and prophylactic property together with widening range of bakery products with protective characteristic. Ready bread presents favorable distribution of vitally needed microelements in the form of ions of iodine, sodium, potassium, calcium, magnesium, and peripheral ethers.
