Abstract RU 2142571 C1

FIELD: turbojet engines with variable-area supersonic nozzles. SUBSTANCE: nozzle includes subsonic and supersonic eyelids, controlling ring with hydraulic cylinders, tie-rods, levers and brackets. Controlling ring is attached to flange of engine with the aid of multilink hinges folding in radial planes and placed uniformly over circumference. Tie-rods going from supersonic eyelids are kinematically coupled to controlling ring by means of T-shaped lever hinged to same mobile bracket as controlling ring. In this case center arm of T-shaped bracket is hinged to controlling ring and its side arms are attached via intermediate tie-rods to tie-rods acting on eyelids. Sealing screens with two eyelets are put on hinges connecting subsonic and supersonic eyelids. This design of nozzle makes it possible to improve parameters of engine, maneuverability of aircraft and to prevent leaks of hot gases.
