SUBSTANCE: method comes to interrupted lowering of load on movable bends of tie by engaging the tie with movable and fixed supports and working member. Proposed drive employs increased number of movable supports at decreased number of fixed supports. Transmission of interrupted motion of flexible tie to working member is provided by additional flexible tie using the method described above.
