FIELD: agriculture, in particular, drop irrigation equipment in plant growing and horticulture. SUBSTANCE: splitter has longitudinal member with liquid inlet and outlet openings, which are communicated via zigzag-shaped channel made in longitudinal member side surface. Longitudinal member is inserted into tube so as to be tightly embraced by this tube. Longitudinal member has cross section approximating round or oval shape. Liquid outlet opening formed as rectangular slot is made in side surface of longitudinal member adjacent to zigzag-shaped channel. Liquid inlet opening is formed as depression in side surface of longitudinal member in opposed relation to zigzag-shaped channel and communicated with it via through slot. Part of longitudinal member section adjoining liquid outlet opening is made rectangular. Longitudinal member length and section ratio is at least 8:1. It allows zigzag-shaped channel to have zigs of required size and in required number for providing effective turbulence in liquid flow, dosed dispensing of liquid and controlled irrigation process.
