FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves placing patient into bath filled with water heated to 46 C under intratracheal anesthesia condition of the III stage in supporting saturation at stable 100-96% level. Intra-esophageal temperature reaching 42-43.6 C, the patient is taken from the bath and infusion therapy is applied to prevent from hypovolemia development taking place. EFFECT: accelerated treatment course; reduced patient suffering.
