FIELD: cosmetics industry. SUBSTANCE: method provides for preliminary treatment of skin by cleansing masks or by water stream or by vapor containing water extracts of biologically active substances of vegetative origin, with subsequent drying of skin and application to it of cosmetic cream-mask or nourishing cream. Drying of skin is performed by subjecting it during 3-5 min to stream of dry air at speed of 10-40 m/s. Residual moisture content is not over 20% and temperature of 30-70 C, or it can be made by applying to face skin of napkin made of several layers of hygroscopic material. Located between these layers are layers of preliminarily dehydrated particles of sorbent. Average size of particles is equal to 1-50 mcm. Thickness of layers with sorbent particles is 0.5-2 mm. Application of aforesaid method ensures higher efficiency of cream-mask or nourishing cream due to higher absorbility and penetration of its components into deeper layers of skin.
