Herpex simplex viruses of type 1 and 2 are cultured on green monkey kidney cell monolayer showing the sensitivity to the above indicated viruses. After adsorption of viruses on cells the infected cells are incubated in the supporting medium. Viruses are released from cells by the freezing-thawing cycle. Viruses are inactivated by gamma-radiation, for example, by cobalt-60. The suspension of viruses formed after separation of disrupted cell residues by low-speed centrifugation is purified and concentrated by filtration through membranes (pore diameter is 0.07 mcm). Invention proposes the medicinal form of vaccine as suppositorium containing vaccine, butyrum-cacao, hyaluronic acid, α-tocopherol, L-ascorbic acid and α2-interferon.
